young adriana lima or young monica belluci but even prettier than that. lingerie model body (skinny but big butt + boobs, perfect hips, thigh gap, soft abs). completely flawless skin, flawless everything, from head to toe. i want to look so perfect i dont look human

unfortunately i'm just a bit above average face wise, dont have much boobs, and i'm almost overweight now.., bad skin, yea... realistically i can just be skinny and toned again, have clear skin, and stuff but if i want a prettier face without makeup and a really hot body gotta go under the knife :((

This is what I actually look like. For being over 50, I may not have the chiseled look and the rock hard abs no more.

But most people my age can't even run 20 feet or out work most 20 somethings in hard physical work

I feel so sad at the picture of the girl you wished you looked like. That woman has been through so much surgery and plastic surgery procedures she is probably unrecognizable from her former self. That image is so unhealthy to look up to, but to each their own.
I feel like it’s okay and normal to have body and appearance goals like wanting longer hair, or even Scarlett Johansson, I’d kill for her body, but if it’s completely opposite from what you are or could ever achieve it becomes a problem. It’s like me, who is a mixed female, with curly hair, wanting the appearance of a blonde haired skinny white woman. It’s destructive and unrealistic. Sorry for the tangent.

They pumped me full of diet pills off and on form the age of 10.

I know the first woman is a unachievable gole for me I could never look like that even with surgery the second picture is the one I can actually achieve.

And my actual picture is far from health I'm 340 pounds in that picture

I’m so sorry you have to deal with that. Body of those women have eating disorders and that first woman is all plastic surgery, fillers and editing. Not realistic to her which is why it’s so edited. I know how it feels because I had an eating disorder from looking at stuff like that.
I will not sit here and say you are fine just how you are if you want to change something I think you should. The gym is a good place to start, besides gym bodies are a lot better than diet bodies.
