Not really, not all the time, often it does but for example I worked with a woman who dressed extremely modest in dark color (she was married with two children) so like this she sound like a proper woman and loyal but she ended up having sex with 80 % of her coworker.

I caught her and others have caught her, she also got paid to work over hours but she wasn't working she was just having sex with random coworker. So clothes / fashion doesn't always match personality.

Others girls dress very revealing and feminine but they were loyal (though they always ended up with cheater and cried a lot).

Even that if you look l
closely you likely to see something personal between it that is about them

Wears are one of the ways for us to express our self and tell pepole around us about us
But should be careful on it, as exstrnal reasons could effect there choises

Hard to say. Like I am wearing jeans. A t-shirt and some sneakers. What is thag going to tell you about me, it's the most casual thing there is.

But someone close to me has a necklace that is more of a symbol than just some jewelry, I know what kind of person she is so it makes sense. But to a stranger it wouldn't say much.
