Yes I love summer and a good tan. I have a boat so was always out of the lake. Well before covid anyway. Then after that we were in a drought and many of our lakes went so far down it wasn't really even worth going to them but for the last past 2 years we've had good good water good snowfall good morning all of our lakes and reservoirs rivers are all full right now but yes I love the sun I love the nice tan and the only place to do it and do a good is out at the lake or one of the Lakes

I have mostly Irish ancestry with a small bit of British and northwestern European. I have fair skin. But I'm fortunate to tan fairly easily, whereas my sister burns.

I surfed for years and was dark brown, especially during summer. Once tanned, I could go all day in the sun wearing nothing but a swim suit and not burn.

I usually get burned first and then my burn slowly turns into tan. And I get a color I have in my profile picture. But I don’t tan anymore, that pic is old from the days when I tanned.

I use strong sun screen and I do not expose myself to the sun more than necessary. My girlfriend has somewhat darker skin and she watches out I do not get burned.

Anyway, over here in Geneva, Switzerland, we have people with a wide range of skin colors, so we do not feel a need to catch up with others. If you have light skin you can wear it light.

Not like I used to when I was younger. I tend to get a little red first and then it turns tan. I also can't keep a tan as well either unless I'm consistently in the sun. I also wear more sunblock now. I never wore sunblock until 1995 lol.

I have natural tanned skin but do get 1-2 shades darker just sitting at the pool. I like to read outside and take dips in the summer months too

I honestly don’t like tanning much, since when I was young I suffered a lot of burns and skin illnesses.
Now my skin is fine but I have to use high sunscreen and can’t expose myself for a lot of hours consecutively. So I don’t take so much colour during summer.

Let’s say I have my noble pallor to take care of.

As someone with olive skin, summer will just turn me darker lol, not tan. I usually avoid the sun because once I turned darker, it takes a while for my skin to switch back to its original tone..

My skin don't tan it burn and create new moles it suck, I literally glow in the sun and I'm much much paler than anybody around me. I should move in Ireland maybe there my skin wouldn't be regarded as being ghostly pale XD

Yes, I can get a nice tan... But I hate tanlines, so that results in one requirement; if I get into the sun to tan, I only do it naked, so I won't get those lines.

No, I freckle well. 😂 I can/do get a good tan, but I burn easily and I tend to freckle, and by late winter my skin is as pale as a boiled potato again. #Life In Canada lol

Depends on what you mean by tan. Obviously an Egyptian, or an Indian will get much a deeper tan than an English an or Scandinavian
