1. I am average height and don't wear elevator shoes.

2. My father wore an elevator shoe because one leg was an inch shorter than the other due to an accident in his adolescence.

3. "Lol, high heels are for girls!" That probably why I've never seen a guy wearing high heels.

4. Short guys wear elevator shows for the same reason that women wear padded bras.

Fun fact though: for the first 600 or so years that high heels existed, they were originally designed for men, including soldiers, and were a sign of masculinity.

Yes. Literally anyone with an insecurity will try and cover it up like, a pimple on a cheek = concealer. A bald spot on a head = a hat
