Look up the definition of white person. A white person is somebody with European ancestry.

Some Asian and black people live may live there but that still doesn’t change their genetics. They are only European on a piece of paper as a citizenship or nationality.

If two black people or white couple give birth to a baby in China that doesn’t give the baby Asian genetics
