Why are men on here so hateful of nose rings?

not just when i posted mine, but i swear i see men on here DAILY complaining about girls with nose rings (like we would be interested in them anyway lmao) and i was wondering why that piercing specifically?

people think only their opinions matters it seems especially on here.

do what makes you happy in life, or you'll spend the rest of your life bowing down to others. there is always a price unfort to being your true self when you are different from what is perceived as normal, but worth it in my opinion. you have allies here a lot of us were the goth, punk, alternative types, some still are, hi lol 😎 and cheers to you, enjoy some obscure goth music and rock on girly 🤘 🤘 🤘

Hmmm not only nose ring. If you have been here for a long time, you will notice that they are hateful of tattoos, women with revealing clothes, big tits, high heels, nail polish, abortion etc… They dislike anything that has to do with your choice.

You have your preferences, we have ours. Statistically most men don't like tattoos and facial piercings. Doesn't make us hateful for not liking it. Now if some dude is like "F your nose piercing and F you for having it"... that's hateful.

If they're just like "pass"... and move on to one of the millions of women who do NOT have them, that's not hateful any more than you passing up the Kevin Hart sized guy for the Dwayne Johnson sized guy.

And don't "But some guys..." I don't care. That changes nothing.

I'm actually not; they look cute on some women! But to me, they are impractical. I get hayfever and allergies (not to anything in particular, just dust in general, and since dust is Life, I guess I am allergic to Life, ha ha.) With that in mind, what do you do about sinus trouble? How do you blow your nose with them? Doesn't the mucous cling to the piercing?

I have never had an erection over a nose ring. My sexual interest has been spiked by many other things that women wear but not by piercings.

It is not that am I hateful of piercings I simply dislike them in the same way I dislike tats.

Girls are perfectly free of course to like having them and I am perfectly free to not like them. With this type of question, I tend to think it is because girls think they are sexy and a large number of guys think they are unsexy.

Fishnet stockings fall into this category too.

I don't hate them, I just don't find them attractive, although I'm referring to the septum piercings - a normal nose ring is fine and common in my culture.

I'm a guy with long hair, thin, shaped eyebrows and ear piercings, who also wears very short shorts or leggings to the gym, lol, so I'm not going to bash anyone for expressing their personal style, as long as they aren't a dick about it.

Ik trying to disrespect anybody who is wearing a nose rings but I have never seen anybody who actually looked better with a nose rings.

For me it's a total turn-off. Even if she is very pretty... When she wears a nose rings it's a instant turn-off for me 🤷‍♂️

I like to look at pretty girls but sadly the rings are destroying the perfect picture for me when I see a nose rings🤮

But that's my personal opinion ofcourse!

Why do women constantly try to tell men that a man's opinion is "hateful", "toxic" or unimportant? That's what you're also doing when you say, "like we would be interested in them anyway". Guys are entitled to have preferences. It's not our fault if a woman thinks it's best to have short blue hair, be fat, act like a dude & so on.

I'm not "hateful" of women who wear nose rings. Personally, I don't find them very appealing or attractive. To me, they distract from the natural beauty of a woman's face. Don't get triggered by this because it's not a reference to size or weight, but it reminds me of when I was younger and went to a pig roast and the pig had a nose ring! Some of the ones I see on women look similar, so maybe I'M getting triggered. LOL However, I really like simple nose studs, or if it works with your nose, small hoops.

There are a lot of pretty conservative dudes on here and apparently it's a conservative/catholic thing to dislike piercings, tattoos, etc on people, but especially on women. (I think nose piercings are just common enough to receive more attention.)

Men prefer their women to look like models from what I see in the How Do I Look section. Has to be completely devoid of piercings, tattoos, and a chubby stomach.

The funniest thing though is a lot of those photos are fake and most likely a guy behind those accounts. I had to deal with a lot of accounts like that on Quora as well. I was blocked by most of them, even though I had proof and showed everyone.

Okay, I think that women are beautiful just the way they are. Having jewelry all over themselves and poking holes in their heads seems ridiculous to me. Personally, I have no tattoos or piercings. I only wear my wedding ring when I go out somewhere with my wife nad have no other jewelry.. I do not even wear a wristwatch.
If you met me in person you would probably think that I am boring but I just don't get tattoos and body piercing.
