I’ve been feeling like I need to cover up and hide my whole body in public and in general except for when I’m only with my boyfriend.

Like of course, I want to dress nice but should I cover up my legs and knees and maybe my arms too?

And last question like the title, is it immodest?

Unless you have some sort of religious qualms you're totally fine. It's 2023, you have to be showing way more skin than that for people to even begin to think you might be dressing "provocatively". If your boobs, butt, and (usually) torso are covered, you're good.

(But also it looks like you're probably in high school (?) so check with your school's dress code if this is an outfit for school. They can have some weird rules. Mine technically had a "shoulders-covered" rule, but it was literals never enforced except by this one crabby lady from the front office.)

If the goal is to be ugly, then no, this is not ugly and can get someone an erection.

Is her goal to ensure looking so ugly that nobody gets an erection seeing her? Then perhaps she should wear something else like the religious fucks do.

Obviously she is trying to be the opposite of ugly, but if you're not ugly then penis-owning people will experience erections seeing you.

In my case, particularly when I'm going to the office, I dress in a manner that's totally feminine, mostly dresses and skirts, at the same time, I generally avoid showing cleavage or wearing anything that's shorter than just above my knees.

At the same time, I'm no prude... I'm a runner... in hot weather, I have no problem running in short shorts and a sports bra... same when I go to the gym.

It looks great to me. I don't know why some women think that when men talk about how slutty they dress that they want them dressed in a potato sack, but that's not true at all. This is a very modest and attractive style of dress that still emphasizes your femininity.
