Wtf. No. People can wear what they feel comfortable in. And if you don't think their clothes fit then good news! It's none of your concern. Almost no one is more bothered by ill-fitting clothing than the wearer, no need to be a jerk and shame them over it.

Also, especially for women, weight don't distribute consistently throughout the body, so people of the same weight can fit into the same clothes in drastically different ways.
