It's okay in a casual environment, just make sure the "oversize" is long enough to cover your privates when you sit down or bend over.

I've always been a fan of a good tunic and leggings set up. Wearing shirts as dresses and not much else kind of just makes me think it's a thing only skinny girls do because they're the only ones allowed to get away with it.
