In South Korea, it’s normal for men to do this. I thought about getting cosmetic treatment for jawline Fillers. And getting rhinoplasty.
Ladies, if more guys wore makeup and got cosmetic treatments would that turn you off?

In South Korea, it’s normal for men to do this. I thought about getting cosmetic treatment for jawline Fillers. And getting rhinoplasty.
if it's too much... male celebrities in my country i saw their makeup artist follwing them all the time fro retouch plus they inject gluthathione too just like female and they're also vain just loke female celebs. in short male celebs are as vain as female so i guess it's fine especially if it's just minor operations for example botix can engance jawline but if you go under the knife for your jawline i think that's too much. also in Korea my research is not updated though but malw celebs are going for V shape which i am not a fan of for mwn.
the leading man and even the second leading man of My Girl, the second leading man of Endless Love i think i saw them and their faces change from round or square to V shape. i'm not saying those men with V shape are ugly but these malw celebs already look good on their original face shape and with the change they don't look better instead it made them less attractive JMO
NEVER ENGANCE AND YOUR REFERENCE IS OTHER PEOPLE WHWN YOU ENHANCE SOMETHING THE POINT OF REFERENCE IS YOUR FACE. you can get idea from other people if you have similar features but if you don't be very careful because instead of looking more attractive you will probably do the opposite.
Fine with me. If I'm more attracted to him because of it, great - I'll enjoy the view! If I'm less attracted that's also OK - it's his face and I don't have to look at it.
I think more men could stand to take of their skincare and health in general.
If a guy wants to use microblading to "fill in" a patchy beard or mustache to get that full beard look that's pretty awesome!
I think straight men have this idea that any and all cosmetic procedures are designed to feminize a person, and there are definitely a million creative ways men could use make up or treatments to enhance their masculine features. Darker eyebrows, plucking their unibrow, having a more even skin tone, chin injections, guyliner - tons of things that he can do to take care of himself.
It depends on the use, make-up for men exists, but it's not what women use the most, make-up for men is to make blemishes less noticeable and to look nice, many male stars use cosmetics for dark circles, fibres to cover thinning, a bit of foundation for pimples, as long as it's to cover imperfections, it's OK; As far as cosmetic surgery is concerned, it always depends on the purpose, if I have a big nose, a protruding chin, floppy ears, and I undergo corrective surgery to reduce or eliminate the imperfection, it's fine, certain defects can make an individual uncomfortable, but if the purpose of the surgery is purely to alter it, it's absolutely not fine.
I don't think the act of getting cosmetic treatments is a turn off, but the idea of anyone, male or female, being superficial and preoccupied with looks is a turn off. For me, personally. Not everyone feels this way, though, so who cares. You do you. If you're not a psychotic ax murderer someone will love you.

Yea I’m not dating a dude who wears makeup and that includes things like eyeliner and nailpolish
Absolutely.
I believe culture of plastic surgery, unless reconstructive or out of necessity, is incredibly toxic. People are getting more and more fake and what it says about them and society as a whole is that people value looks more than they do dignity and personal integrity.
Not only is it deceiving, and vain but it is highly superficial. Instead of spending so much money on "fixing" your appearance, why don't you learn to value yourself and others for who they are rather than how they look? Think about what that money can actually do for people in need.
I'm ok with guys getting into skincare to a certain degree (especially the guys who previously or are currently dealing with acne) However make-up, fillers, botox, plastic surgery... turn off. That's too gay... which makes me think of them as unreliable as a valley-girl.
If you want to change your face structure look into Dr. Mike Mew and Dr. John Mew. They look into tongue posture, swallowing, and facial exercises. The adult face isn't as immovable as people would like to think. Just like how a stroke can cause one side of the face to collapse due to inactive muscles (caused by nerve damage) you can also do the reverse and strengthen your facial muscles to move your jaw forward and up. Not only will it give you a slightly more defined cheek bones and jawline, but it can also help with TMJ, headaches, snoring, and overall posture. I would start there before depending on needles and a surgical knife.
Tbh South Koreans in general care about looking presentable and clean when they’re out in public,. So even if it’s makeup, it’s never something too flashy or glam. Even their clothes when they’re commuting from work and so are very professional and businesslike, the people there in general want to look clean. They don’t dress to stand out,. I lowkey like it.
if that stuff was as normalized for dudes in the west as in is in south korea wouldn't have a problem with it no. would be a plus honestly if its done like in asia and not in the james charles drag queen way
the only reason its a turn off for people anyways its because in our culture its associated with gayness and being effeminate but objectively its not inherently that, so if its not gay anymore than it can be hot
Objectively it is feminine to care for your appearance. The most masculine fuck only cares about one thing: strength. With strength a male can get whatever he wants to get. Ask @Sodomite and he will tell you he can fuck anyone despite being ugly.
While hoping to be pretty means you need something from others, and are too weak to grab it for yourself.
But, just like with hormones, if men have no estrogen in their body they will die. So some femininity is essential for survival I guess.
It been decade since men use plastic surgery and nobody find it unattractive quite the opposite actually, they get a lot more popular after getting some and women aren't as judge as men when it come to getting plastic surgery.
In my country men get plastic surgery to become famous on tiktok and Instagram.
It would turn me off but that's just my insecurities talking. Otherwise I wouldn't have an issue with it. I have a shitty skin no matter what so I actually like that most men are more laid back when it comes to this. I would feel even more pressured and bad about not having a good skin or a pretty face if my man was concerned with his own skin to the point of doing makeup, surgery and expensive routines.
I don't think that's a turn off. I dated a guy who wore makeup before, and he was still a very rugged "manly" type.
Although cosmetic surgeries are a bit different than just makeup, but if he knew what he wanted and it was for himself, not just to fit some beauty standard, then I don't think it'd be a turn off either.
south Korean men have that face... they actually look good with a make-up face cause they are mostly with baby faces... but men with kinda manly looks will definitely look gay if they wear makeup
I like to watch starcraft professional matches and they put it on Korean TV.
And they put makeup on the guys who are playing in the tournament.
And they really make them all look so amazing. They all look handsome and masculine and badass even though in reality they are just nerds playing video games.
It's very interesting.
Not to that extent in the West. Culture here is doers don scars, they don’t cover them up. Not universal. Hollywood and media are such exceptions to the rule, it’s part of their jobs.
Look I know I'm ugly, but I'm not going to make myself look worse.
So you're better off not doing anything.
I think Korean men, and Asian men in general look feminine. So if that's the look you are going for then by all means. You can probably attract a lot of guys.
I have gotten some minor non-surgical non-invasive plastic surgery including Botox.
Wasn’t earth shattering and I didn’t tell anybody about it. But I am not against it.
A few girls will give PC answers but not a single female is into a guy who wears makeup. Not a single one.
Yes, turn off.
Plus, it won't look good when you're old.
I think they would
It's "girly". Women want MEN!
I like men who take care of themselves , but I don't think I would like a Man who wears make-up;))
No makeup for men. And less makeup for girls would be nice too0
I like natural. but some actors and singers get make up. it looks good sometimes but in the long run I like natural image that lasts longer
No, do whatever you want with your appearance.
