Are your dreams in 3rd person most of time?

Mine usually are, literally the equivalent of watching a TV show. I don’t recall any dreams that weren’t in 3rd person wether I was in it, the focus was on someone else, or I took a different form like one dream where I was a hummingbird. In that dream, I almost died from a tackle by a large rhino looking thing with a horn that looked like a snake with two heads or two spoons melted together. It was morning so there was some fog the sky was a little pale, resulting in normal lighting, not super bright or dark. Despite that, the Rhino thing that tried to murder me looked as if it were hiding in a cave since it was so dark even though it was out in the open exposed for the sun to see. There was also a bunch of different spiders huddling together in one web which was very uncomfortable to look at but thankfully that’s as far as that went. I just saw them since the camera cut to them briefly and then went back to me.
