It's not a coincidence - just like massive penises in porn is no coincidence. They are SELECTED FOR.

At any given time, there are about 1000 working fashion/runway models. These have already been heavily selected and filtered from the population as a whole, and nearly all of them will be taller and thinner than average.

From this already highly refined pool, VS selects the most beautiful and busty of those models to be VS Angels. That's less than 2% of the runway models, who themselves are 0.001% of the 16-24 year old females from the (largely western) world.

The women who reach that level are exceptionally rare - VS spend millions every year to put a dozen such women in the same room.

Well, it's not a coincidence because Victoria's Secret is trying to sell bras. Women who are buxom with their breasts stuffed into their bras cause the bras to look better (as in they are doing their job better) than small-breasted women who don't need so much support.

As to whether there is stuffing, I can't say that's always the case or not.

Some bras are stuffed in the bra itself. Google "Wonder Bra".

Some models might be stuffing the bras by adding tissues or whatever.

Some models have implants.

And, some women are just naturally skinny and buxom.
My wife was like that; built like a Capital Letter P - naturally skinny with naturally big boobs.

Some have implants. Find a good surgeon and you can have implants that look natural especially once they have settled. Go search the YouTube channel Bart and Geo. Geo has implants but her breast now look natural.

Also weight is not always a contributing factor for breast size. Breast size is a combination of genetic and environmental factors. Some people are predisposed to larger breasts. I've noticed a lot of Maltese people even when skinny have like DD and F cup breast that are natural.

good question. im built sort of similar and i can confirm, finding anything that’s a 32 band above a C (and sometimes C cups too) is a nightmare. but it’s odd that you never meet any women built like that who work for victoria secret even though every model there is. ig it’s kind of like runway models being tall and rectangular. You can have big boobs and be skinny. Just like you can have a big butt and be skinny. It’s just about where you carry your fat. And for the most part, they don’t have overly huge breasts. Some may be fake, some not.

They’re obviously VS secrets for a reason. They hit the genetic lottery. They are not regular looking women so they can’t be compared to a regular looking woman.

They don't for the most part. Look at the question pic. You can see their deflated boobs hanging into the already not enormous bra cups. They wear push ups and get contouring makeup to make them look bigger and perky. Some get implants but most won't because it affects body measurement and overall silhouette which is bad for their job. They need to be long straight twigs to get the good gigs in modeling
