Victoria's Secret models' body?

My goal is to have the same body, I think that they look very healthy and not too skinny like other models. But people keep telling me that it's unhealthy. What do you guys think?

It's not unhealthy for them, because that's probably just how they're built. When it comes to fitness you have to think about genetics. I'm a very fit person but I don't look like this models because it's just not in my genes. I have a flat stomach and toned body but I still don't look like that.

So just keep that into consideration and don't be disappointing if you put a lot of time into your body and still don't look like that!

Naturally skinny people look healthy. When girls go to great lengths to get that thin it looks unhealthy.

As a chef, being asked this before, you would need to maintain I steady and nutrious diet tailored to your body by a specialist. Its not unhealthy I done properly and maintained properly

they are not malnourished, their body types are ectomorphs, go educate yourself before judging them. Its when the endomorphs or mesomorphs try to become like them they end up being malnourished. So stop thinking everyone skinny is unhealthy. Its just like thinking everyone thick is obese.

They are very skinny and unhealthy, their body fat is barely 10% or so which is too low for a woman. Jen selter has the ideal female body

its not unhealthy for ectomorphs. Pls read about the different body types before commenting. The Earth is filled with people of different body types u see, not just a single body type. My grandma and great grandma were all like that, they lived at least till 70 and had above 5 kids who were/are all healthy to the end. it is only unhealthy if someone is NOT naturally an ectomorph.

they u should go cry by yourself, they aren't asking your preference but about whether that is healthy or not, it is healthy to someone who is born as an ectomorph not when someone is naturally an endomorph or mesomorph.

Those models are just thin, they can be healthy, Im not saying those exact girls are, because I don't know them or their diets, but they can be.
