Have you ever regretted getting a haircut or hairstyle?

I just regret the last barber I went too, you tell them the exact measurments you want your hair and they pull some other bullshit cut out of their ass and give you exactly anything else but what you asked for, this has happened to me several times and I'm sitting in the car like "tf did I say", the barber before that one, you ask for a hairline trim and he took my shit around the world, what's with these barbers 😂

I’ve only ever got my hair cut “professionally” by one old lady in a small town like twice in my life and my hair dyed with multiple pink streaks when I was like 12.

The hair cuts I don’t remember how they looked. As for the majority of my hair cuts…my grandma would just cut off most of my hair, short to my ears like a raggedy pixie cut. (She’d do this every time the school would hand out those pamphlets saying someone in the grade had head lice.(2-3 times) I didn’t care at the time until I was asked if I was a boy by another guy (didn’t even know him) who was in the grade above me . I was walking to the bus on the crowded sidewalk and he just placed his hand on my shoulder from behind stopping me in place, to turn around. (I had never been grabbed before and this startled me.) I just looked at him wide eyes and turned back around to head to my bus. I was short was wearing a pink jacket. Didn’t answer him but I briefly heard him say to his friends “it’s a girl.” Never let grandma cut my hair again, it was a very de-feminizing moment in my life. Made me aware of how I looked. I was like 13.

LOL omg sameee 😭 tbh my last haircut by a stylist was age 19 because they always messed up what I asked…. I was done lol. Since then I only cut my hair or have my sister cut mines lol. But regretting hair cut was age 18, I almost cry because it was so bad.. and I was starting freshman year in college with that as my student ID 😭

One MF once ruined my hair cut just before a date (With my current wife)😤😤

I was in my early 30s and I got close to this really gorgeous woman and we planned a date a week later

I put in so much effort the whole week to be in my best form ever on the day of date... I spent a lot on outfits, a fabulous perfume , skin care etc etc and kept haircut for the end because my hair was naturally very good and just needed a slight cut which was not a big deal

And on the day before the date I looked perfect and all I needed was a decent cut and I went to this guy and told him to "slightly trim" and then I put two sliced cucumbers 🥒on my eyes and slept

Woke up to the feeling of oil caressing my head and saw my head shining and I was fcking bald !🤬

I gave him a good verbal abusive session that he slipped into coma

Not really in the moment… but if they had time machines, I’d go back to when New Kids On The Block were cool, and stop young WhiteSteve from going into the barber shop and requesting “The Donnie Wahlberg” I had the rat tail and everything🤦‍♂️

My hair are delicate, so to cut or style them some knowledge and experience is needed.

It happened a few times that I was unhappy. But now I have a set of trusted places I visit when I need a haircut or treatment and bad experiences don't repeat.

Once I got my long hair cut off and I regretted it. Over Chjristmas I accidentally lightened my hair to much and although I looked sexy, got jealous riff Raf from some siblings. hahaha

Do you know the difference between a good haircut and a bad haircut? A couple weeks. At least with short hair 🙂. I’ve gotten many bad cuts on post.
