i think when i'll be 25 i'll maybe start to get baby botox or slight collagen injections.
in my late 20s i'll have to start to be even more vigilant about my diet and i think i'd try to be even more active, i'd have to focus a lot of keeping my body toned and body fat % low. plus using more anti aging products. i'll stop drinking, staying up late, eating stuff like ramen cups, and all that, and will live the healthiest lifestyle possible to stay cute and youthful looking the longest possible.
in my late 30's or 40's i might start using a little bit (natural looking) light filler for places that would have lost a bit of volume. once i get grey hair i'll have to start dying them. i'll also start taking hrt to keep estrogen high during pre & menopause (and will keep taking them until i die).
in my 50's i'll probably get a face lift (natural looking) and might have to start using facial filler. i'd also build muscle to compensate partially for the jellyfication of the body, and will do surgery to tighten my body's skin.
in my early 60s (or maybe late 50s) i'd get eyelid surgery, start using fake lashes, definite lip filler (but not the fish lips stuff, natural), facial filler (natural), rhinoplasty to combat the expending nose and same with the ears (old people have big noses and ears), maybe jaw surgery and invisalign type stuff to make sure i dont get an overbite which would give me a recessive chin (most old people end up getting them), surgery to correct loss of bone volume in the face), also i'd get stuff to correct any age related skin blemishes, and will probably have get a bbl and a boob job for the sag, and maybe foot surgery if i get fallen arches. i'll keep touching that up once i have to until i die. so yea even when i'd be 90 i'd get plastic surgery. i'll also never dress frumpy and like an old lady at that point, i'd dress like whatever a stylish chic 30 to 50yo would dress like at that point in time, never will wear 80yo woman clothes
Avoid tanning,
Drink Plenty of Water,
Eat healthy,
Exercise,
Smile,
Dress classy.
Always try some new hobbies and adventures,
Dance,
Wear your age with confidence.
It’s easy to be confident when you are 18. But remember - only the Dead stay 18 forever.
And you’ve got to enjoy and cherish every new day you are given.
My mother, is 48, she is a wonderful example for me, how to be feminine, graceful, fun, charming, enchanting and exciting at any age.
Maintaining a "good look" as one ages involves a holistic approach to physical and mental well-being. Regular exercise, a balanced diet rich in nutrients, and proper skincare can contribute to a healthy appearance. Staying hydrated and protecting the skin from sun damage are crucial. Prioritizing mental health through stress management, adequate sleep, and mindfulness is equally essential, as these factors impact overall vitality and appearance. Embracing a positive attitude, staying socially engaged, and pursuing hobbies contribute to a vibrant demeanor. Acceptance of the natural aging process fosters self-confidence and radiates a genuine sense of beauty. Ultimately, a combination of self-care practices, a positive mindset, and a healthy lifestyle contributes to a "good look" that transcends external appearances, reflecting an individual's overall well-being and contentment.
Being active and eating healthy, not smoking or drinking much alcohol is another
Been doing that too

Stay young! And what I mean by that is not sitting on my ares at home drinking beer. I work a job that requires the use of my hands and I'm not afraid to get into spaces that even those half my age don't want to go into.
More simply, I keep moving. I try to stay active both mentally and physically. I try not to stress on too many things or any one thing that isn't worth my time... I personally have a harder time with latter, dwelling to much on something that deeply affected me 6 years ago. But I do my best to move on from that and look to more positive things in life.
... and a also a good cigar in one hand and a spirit in the other isn't a bad idea from time to time. If your not living life, why live it? We'll all get old eventually but if all your doing is staying healthy for the sake of living longer what your really potetially doing is stressing yourself, just to live longer. And for what? You should keep care of yourself, sure, but unless you enjoy living as a personal fitness trainer, try to relax.
So in short, don't stress to much, have a good work balance, don't turn into a vegetable (both physically and mentally).
Eat healthy food. No fast food and not much commercial crap. Avoid GMOs and agricultural poisons like the plague.
I do eat some dessert after dinner to make me happy, though.
Take high quality vitamins and supplements.
I don't avoid contact with the environment or with people because my immune system needs exercise to stay on top of its game.
Use healthy products on my hair and skin.
Exercise, stretch and walk daily. Work in the garden.
Engage in sex regularly.
I keep highly informed, but don't stress out over the bullshit in the news.
Keep a youthful attitude. I don't act like an old fart.
Enjoy life.
My grandma is lucky she still looks pretty in her 70's but she was gorgeous when she was younger. As for me I look a lot like my dad, so I never felt I look good. So I just use moisturizer and drink collagen to stay decent looking. I would rather die than get old though.
8 isn't that a bit excessive? lol
My skin didn't change until I was 16 so I would say at 16 is good to start. But to be honest I didn't start skin care until I was 29 lol
That is good lol
Take care of my health, by eating healthy, workout and stretch, keep my skincare going. Keep up with good hygiene. I try to stay away from the wine, they don’t wanna stay away from me.
Mind my business, nothing else keep you healthy and young when you’re mentally free, and obtain emotional discipline-I’m still working on this one!
Eating at Denny’s 😂

I'm sorry but to look good for whom exactly? I know I'm not good-looking (suay or hoon dee) for many in my place. It's impossible to please everyone at the same time.
I will just keep lifting and walking under the sun to stay strong. Eat enough food to be active and healthy fat to keep my brain functions properly.
But I will never try to bleach my skin, or exaggerate my appearance with plastic surgery. Plus, I'll never be super lean just to impress someone who doesn't find my natural shape and personality hot.
Am I good looking compared to other 30 year olds or am I good looking compared to the 18 year old that just moved in next door? Aren’t we our own worst critics? Confidence is very sexy and sexy goes a long ways no matter the age.
you are not getting older, you are getting better…
Gee, @nawtee_me lol!!! Why Do U Think I CHOSE YOU FOR years? xx
working out, going in nature, trying to reduce stress with praying and positive thinking, drinking water and eating healthy food, doing things that make me happy
🤗🤗
everything… in moderation!
recognise what doesn't work for u and ditch it
recognise what does work for u do more of it
it took me 49years to like myself and as soon as i did, everything got better! same goes for positive thinking.
* never underestimate the power of SEX!! best way to stay young - mind body and soul ❤️
Following a piece of advice I once read somewhere: "Laugh a lot. That way, when you get old, your wrinkles will be in the right places.".
same thing I've been doing for 25 years or so...
regular sports, eat good enough... and sleep some more
regular check-ups with the docs... health is a must
very very true...
A have a natural youth look already so what I would do is just keep a natural face scrub and keep my face hydrated ND stay away from makeup if I do use make up it won't be a whole lot
Feeling confident in our skin always helps. I have decided to never dye my hair and to carry my grey hair with same confidence as it's part of me.
Moisturizer is So Very Important. I am a natural Blond By Heart But when The Winter Would Come, It Would Go Dark So Keep it Sun Light. Never This Light But with Making a Mistake on The Hair Color Box at Christmas on My Trip, , I Have Gotten Many compliments. lo!! Good One, I LOve your Moisturizer deal. And NO Sun Worshiping. xx
@Paris13 what th is good look?
I maintain my health. I eat fairly healthy. I do sports. I have a feeling that the rest follows :D
Dying your hair. I guess that's all you can really do. a lot of that botox stuff just makes you look worse
Sunscreen in your 20’s will keep you from looking like you’re in your 50’s while you’re in your 40’s. Trust me on this.
I still stretch, still rock climb, and definitely put a lot of miles on the s when it's not snowing and below zero.
At this point, i still have most of my hair and that counts for a lot at my age!
@OlderAndWiser You and Your Lovely Fiance are Beautiful. xx
Thanks for the kind words!
Having a decent diet and getting enough sleep, and exercise.
Bathe and be aware of balding.
Dont be afraid to get dinchers.
And groom my hair regularly.
I try not to eat junk food, I workout hard 3 times maybe 4 times a week , I do not drink or use drugs. I wish I could get more sleep
I just want to leave much wealth behind for my family
I have found purpose in serving others in order to provide a better future for my kin
I’m flattered but
Family are people we are obligated to care for
No change in my eating or activity habits. It's worked pretty well for years.
Maintain? I would have had to looked good in the first place :)
No but they would make up for my lack of personality 🤣
Walking in nature, doing sports, eating right and helping others will surely improve my appearance even in old age.
I just workout and maintain a good diet and hygiene. I am not afraid of aging.
Nothing, i'll be happy no matter what i look like...
I'm single, so I don't need to look good. I will only try to look good for my woman, if I find one.
