I'm 6 out of 10 across the board facial, personality etc, I don't get attention from women because my area is full of 8 & 9 men. My only flaws are bulbous nose , low ASD, honesty.

I guess it happens everywhere. I know at my work. I talk to a guy who is very average looking in my team a lot. But that is because he is in my team. and i would like to get to know him and develop a good rapore. But the guys outside of my direct team yea i only really engage with the ones i find attractive because i go to work... to work. I already talk a lot to people in my team and I am tired. I am hardly going to excessively make small talk to others unless there is a reason to. And someone i find attractive is a reason to.
If this is happening where women in your team are ignoring you then i totally understnad but if this is just the gneral office... I don't see the issue. Men are like this to women in the general office too.
