Short sleeve linen button up shirt, linen trousers, pork pie hat/wide brim hat, and light dress shoes or black sneakers.

Even if it is +30 C, I am covered. You don't have to be naked when it is hot. Light fabrics are just as cooling. People in the past wore linen in summer. It's so light it feels like you don't have anything on.
