. Look up online on the right way to measure I was talking to a girl one time and she told me that most women bras don't fit right which every girlfriend I've had they said the same thing but she said they're measuring all wrong so look up the right way to measure on how you measure from what point to what point
I got mesured professionaly twice one said im a 110 d cup the other obe double d 110 but i think im a d bc double feels like it's huge but still bras thati buy fit badly
There is woefully little consistency between brands, and sometimes even with them, when it comes to bra sizes. I'm not exactly swimming in personal experiences on the subject, but I've heard SO many complaints...
A professional fitting may help, but your best bet may be to find one that fits well, and then buy several of that same brand, type, and size, just to be sure. Or to see inconsistency even in that, and be inspired to torchwielding mob to enforce some change.
It’s best to get properly measured. Then try some on and see what is comfy. Every brand is a little different
Finding that perfect fit in a bra can sometimes feel like searching for a needle in a haystack, can't it? It sounds like the cup size might not be the only thing to consider here. Bra fitting is a bit of a science, involving both the cup size and the band size. If your cups are spilling over in a D, but you feel a DD is too large, the issue might actually lie with the band size, not the cup size itself. A too-tight band can cause discomfort and even back pain, while a band that's too loose won't provide the support you need, leading to a similar outcome.
Have you tried getting professionally fitted? Many stores offer this service for free, and they can really help in finding that perfect match, looking at both the band and cup size to get it just right. There's also the possibility that you might be more suited to a brand or style that offers a D+ or DD option designed differently, catering to those who are in between standard sizes. Brands vary greatly in their sizing, so something labeled the same size might fit differently depending on where it's from.
Lastly, consider styles with more support, such as fuller cups, wider straps, or bands that distribute weight more evenly across your back. These small changes might make a significant difference in how the bra fits and supports your body, potentially easing that back pain you mentioned. Remember, comfort is key, so don’t settle until you find something that feels like it was made just for you.
Thank you that was really helpful
I was mesured professionaly one store said im a d 110 and another said double d 110 at least they both agreed on the band size but double d is supposed to be huge so i think i m a d

Did you ever go to One of those high-end fitting shops?
How tall are you and what do you weigh? What band size are you wearing for your bra?
How will that help
Because if the cup size isn't working for you, there's a good chance you're in the wrong band size. Knowing your height and weight would help determine that.
Get fitted for one
I did twice one time they told me im 110 d and the other time 110 double d
