Girls, What is a good water proof mascara that is easy to get off and will not damage my eyelashes?

I am attending a wedding, and so will need a good water proof mascara. I don't wear this everyday, and have heard that it is difficult to take off and is hard on the lashes. I wouldn't think that one day would damage my lashes, but how would I get it off? Is there a good one that is a little easier to take off? If I wear my regular mascara, I am certain that it will "run" during a wedding. Please help. Thanks.

it won't be difficult to take off as long as you have a good makeup remover that specifically says it can remove waterproof makeup. i have always used garnier skin active micellar cleansing water all-in-1 waterproof makeup remover. never had any issues. and then after that, you can get even more off with unscented lotion.

Use oil to vipe it off. It’s easy. Any oil works, but for example baby oil. There’s also waterproof makeup remover. Just put oil/makeup remover on a cotton pad and gently wipe along the lashes and it comes off. I use the colossal waterproof volume mascara from maybelline.

Most mascaras work the same. It depends on what volume you want and how you want it to look. There’s no real “easier to remove” mascara. Especially not a waterproof one.

You want to remove ANY mascara fast, use Vaseline. The holy grail of makeup removers. Apply Vaseline, rub it into your closed eye, then use a makeup wipe to wipe it off. Comes off in 10 seconds.
