Bangs or no bangs?

Question

*I asked for wispy bangs just an FYI. I've had straight across bangs and I don't like how they look on me personally, anymore.*

I get the bangs thing, though. I have a larger forehead in proportion to the rest of my face, too. I just don't think the wispy bangs flatter your face, but you are right, the no bangs doesn't emphasize your features either. I agree that a blunt cut isn't the best. Maybe you can try something like waterfall bangs to soften the hairline, and part to the side just a little. The challenge is to ease that top line that finishes out your face shape and soften the edges by bringing things forward.

Natalie Portman has a large forehead and looks much better with soft, long layered bangs than without:

Large forehead, hair brought forward and parted with long layers

The goal is to bring it forward an draw attention to your eyes. Your brows are perfect and are very flattering.

You have a lovely, symmetrical face and your skin is beautiful and clear. Glad you are owning those freckles instead of covering them up with makeup!

Just my opinion, hopefully it's helpful!

i think no bangs looks better with your face shape. i do think the bangs are too sparse so it looks a bit odd. i think thicker bangs would help if you want to keep the bangs

Holy shit you have a lot on your mind. You with bangs look like Trump's comb-over... just kidding because it's not even that good. Is that a landing strip for good ideas? You should not do steroids because you would go bald... looks like my advice is too late. Have you considered just shaving it all off? This is like that nightmare I had... where I woke up next to you. ... it's a very bald nightmare.

Consider hair club for men... I think they'll let you in the club.

Have you tried parting towards the side? I like the look of the pics in @therealpepperpotts opinion. Both are flattering on a face with a higher hairline.

TonyMetal___86 · Answer

What's with all these freckles 🤣 are you irish?
You don't have so much hair, not enough hair to make a good looking bang and with no bang, you look like you're going to turn bald...

Don't understand me wrong, you look good but you need to find a hairstyle which suits your head and the quantity of hair that you have!

IslaTheWitch · Answer

it depends on how you feel about it... I prefer my face with bangs :D

AviatorTom · Answer

You have a high forehead and bangs cover it, putting a better emphasis on your pretty face. The wispy bangs aren't quite enough though. Go with full bangs if you can.

The fake hair color ruins everything anyhow.

DishLady · Answer

No bangs looks nicer — or perhaps long side bangs will look nice once the short bangs grow out a bit more.

SeriouslyNotSerious · Answer

Hi girlie! Voted for bangs. Also love your hair color 😍

Staximus · Answer

Whoever cut your bangs like that should be fired

Razp_Sorbet · Answer

Sorry the wispy bangs make it look like you're just balding. They need to be thicker or not there at all

Anonymous · Answer

Looks great either way, you can pull off both great. But why is this tagged in sexuality

Anonymous · Answer

No offense or anything, but you have a big forehead, so getting bangs will do you wonders. None of those thin bangs either. Plus bangs make you look more feminine.

spartan55 · Answer

No, bangs don't become you. Wispy honestly look like you are losing your hair.

RebelinSteel · Answer

You look great in both, bangs win this one though. Also moved it to where wanted it.

SotiCoto · Answer

I like explosions. I kinda get the impression you're not talking about explosions, but a bang is the same as a boom to me.

Joshydavid25 · Answer

I would pick bangs only if they were thicker..

ChiTown33 · Answer

I think it works either way. I'm probably partial to no bangs though.
