Overall I think breast implants are a bad idea and girls with small natural breasts are needlessly concerned at being small. As a boyfriend I think your job is to make feel good as she is. However how she feels about her breasts is not necessary driven by your liking for her as she is.

Have you yourself test driven any breast implants? You might not like the result. Breast implants are common among strippers and breast contact is usually part of the service. Potentially you could take your girl to a strip club and test drive a few pairs together and talk to the girls about breast implants.
