I hate them (facial tattoos), and if I was running a service industry business, I would absolutely use it as a reason to not hire someone, given alternatives. Most other types of tattoos wouldn't matter from that standpoint.

tattoos don't look good in my personal opinion and face tattoos are probably useful as deterrent in jail for guys with a long sentence but in real world they are just completely unacceptable in some societies.

I don't think I would, the people are the face of your business as they meat and greet each person. Even though I could careless what someone does in their personal life and how they look, it does reflect my business.
