Is the color black a "girl's best friend" as the expression goes?

We have always heard this expression. I personally love black because of the way that it looks on me. I think it is slimming. Is there a girl out there that does not love black? I suppose not. I can put black with anything and not have noticeable stains unlike white which I like as well. I have plenty of black shoes. I would have to say that black is truly my best friend. What do you think?

In your case, I would agree. Your pretty long dark hair is highlighted by darker clothes. I like how I look in blue, with black pants and black shoes or boots. I've been told blue brings out my eyes. I do have a black jacket that definitely looks good on me (in my opinion lol) so, yes, there is is definitely a lot of different things you can do with black!

Yup ! I 100% agree black is a very flattering colour for most people as it is intact slimming and can go with anything. And id say every woman should own a little black dress as that's one thing you can't ever go wrong with !

When I was dating, I carried a black silk shawl in a ziploc baggie in the trunk of my car. When I went on a date and my lady looked a bit cold because of the air conditioning being set low, I would excuse myself, go to the car, and return with that shawl. I take the L when it comes to fashion. But have learned that girls usually have a lbd as a part of their wardrobe and learned that black matches with lots of other colors. Down here in Florida we see less of black overall because it can draw in the suns heat.
