Does anyone actually find uneven/asymmetrical eyelids okay or attractive?

So I have asymmetrical eyelids and I'm a little insecure about them but I don't want to get unnecessary surgery for them. I can easily tell in pictures I take of how different my eyelids are and I really don't like it. I was wondering if there anyone who actually doesn't mind or finds it attractive.

(Another thing to keep in mind is that lazy eye is completely different from asymmetrical eyelids.)

On the kong list of things I notice, and/or care about on a woman, the symmetry (or lack thereof) of her eyelids is right near the bottom.

Probably just above the size of her pinky toenail. That is to say, I do not care, and most likely would not even notice.

Women are way, way more concerned about the slightest imperfections than men ever will be.

I do have a lazy eye, and it's ruining my soul deep down inside, every single day.
