It's all subjective but the reality is some tattoos do look good when they're done tastefully.
If you're covered from eyeball to asshole it does not look good

People are not Christmas trees nor should they decorate themselves as such

What are you on about? There are plenty of people who think tattoos look good, otherwise it wouldn't be a very profitable business.
Whether or not it looks good, comes down to the type of tattoos and where they are placed, that's where it really matters.
If they are pointless tattoos that mean nothing, of course they are ugly. Tattoos are meant to have meaning or a story.
Things that have been a big impact on who you are; memorial tattoos for loved ones who were a big part of your life; collage tattoos that show your variety of skills you learned and are prowd of; heritage tattoos that show your ancestral pride; those are all fine tattoos that look great on people... the ugly ones are the random ones like emojis, stick figures and random crap that mean nothing other than "i just wanted another tattoo"(you can see that on a lot of modern gangster rappers). even worse is when they plaster their face in them.
Face tattoos almost never look good except for warrior paint style tattoos or tattoos that go along the hair line, like mutton chops or beard placement... granted "forever makeup" tattoos are an option that looks good, but highly not recommended due to the high pain and swelling.

Everyone see things differently. I don't even think tattoos look good. Or at least 95 % of the.

The reason I say that is because they don't flow with your body. If tattoo artist could could put a tattoo on. Any part of your body and it flows with your movement? Whichever move you're making it flows. Then that's a good tat.

But if it's just a big lot blob There or a big square picture. It doesn't look good at all. The picture might look good.
Because of the artwork, but if it doesn't flow with your body, isn't, it's no good. It's not a part of you and a tattoo has to be apart of you. And i've only seen may 20 to 30 Tattoos actually flows with somebody's body.

I don't keep up with the general consensus but it seems that at least half the population or more has tattoos. And perhaps even more than half the younger you skew.

I think that thinking that tattoos DON'T look good is becoming the TRUE unpopular opinion.

Kind of similar kind of not, piercings. Kind of hard to judge. Do traditional earlobe piercings count? Regardless or not, nose piercings and a ton of other places are also a lot more common. Probably even more common than tattoos since they're less of an overall commitment.

Not all tattoos look bad , it comes down to the person and the art of the tattoo, some people look good with them and some don’t. I have 2 tatts one on each upper arm , so they are easy to cover if need be. At times I thought about getting more , but I am picky so nothing seemed to appeal me. Some people are covered in tatts and to me that’s too extreme , I use to have the hots for this girl I knew that didn’t have tatts at all, When I ran into her again after a bit , she was covered in them and it sadly didn’t look good on her and I thought to myself why did she do that to herself , she doesn’t look beautiful to me anymore. It is unnatural. It isn't how the body naturally looks. It is green ink made in a factory. Why does dark green ink make a woman more attractive. For 1,000s of years the vast majority of women weren't covered in ink and nose piercings and nipple piercings and clitoral hood piercings.

The fact so many women crave this now is more proof that modern, feminist, sexually liberated women are lost and degenerate and damaged.

The natural body (especially a woman's body) is a work of art from the master artist of the universe. Tattoos are bathroom graffiti that only devalue the work of a master.

Because most of them don't look good. There is... A LOT of objectively awful ink out there.

Like, forgetting about whether tattoos can look good; these particular tattoos just look like shit. The line work is bad. The placement sucks. The design isn't aesthetically appealing. The tattoo didn't heal properly. Maybe the artist just used low quality materials.

Every once in a while, you'll encounter tattoos that are absolute works of art. But most of them aren't.

For me, I don't like most tattoos because they don't remain 'fresh' forever. Like when it is freshly done it is vibrant and black but overtime it turns green and and just loses that clean and wow factor. That's for me personally.
