I think it's a thing with younger generations. My youngest son and his girlfriend love shopping at Goodwill and other second hand stores. They like finding quirky stuff and the treasure hunt aspect of it. And the prices of course.

I would. I see nothing wrong with it. The only problem is that now its become fashionable so now you have vintage stores charging thd same price as new. My niece outgrew a dress she wore to a family wedding and gifted it to me. I love it.

Yea, I've done it all my life. I mostly buy heavy winter shirts that way. I don't even know where people buy them new because I never see them in stores. Not even outdoor stores like Eddie Bauer and REI sell them.

Technically, I do. My brother has handed down a bunch of hoodies and button-diwn shirts to me, some of which I myself will now ironically need to get rid of

My wife and I will stop in some of the local resale stores and look at shirts/blouses mostly. That's about it though.
