I was just listening to a podcast and they were discussing the peril the USA is currently in regarding the birth rates and the lack of replacement children moving into the future. They said the replacement rate was 2.1 kids and the birth rate is 1.6 kids and how in a few decades we'll not have enough people paying taxes into our services, there won't be enough able bodied people to do all of the jobs in the future.
They stated the average age when women had children in 1970 was 21. Now it is around 30.
They pointed out that the culture changed over the last 50 years that having families and prioritizing families and a man and woman making that their priority, people were adults at 18. They married and started having families. Women were having babies from then all the way until their 40's. Now most women don't start until closer to 30, their reproductive window is much, much smaller because they waited so long.
People are infantized so much more now, they waste all of these years "finding" themselves and spending their 20's on total individualistic and selfish means. It isn't that people aren't "allowed" to have kids like in China's 1 child policy. The culture has changed and society is pushing on not wanting to have kids and pushing that careers and self exploration and individualism is the highest calling and marriage and families are "settling" and being "less".
The culture changed. Self extinction is kind of a possibility.
Anyway, around the 90s and 2000s the culture changed also for girls to start modifying more, extreme hair cuts, piercings, tattoos, cosmetic surgery because normalized.
It is totally a cultural thing. I'm assuming you mean women are physically fake. You could have meant it that they are putting on a false persona and putting out a fake image when then are really stabbing you in the back when you are not around. I took it and responded as if you meant it physically. Fake tans, fake boobs, lip fillers, nose jobs, tummy tucks, tattoos, piercings, blue and purple hair... etc. That is all cultural and there have been some big cultural shifts over the last 50 years.
When I read the heading question I first thought you meant fake as in fake personality but after opening the question and reading on clearly that is not what you meant.
I think it has to do with trends and has to do with pressure to join the trend at the time. Sometimes I think things are worse now but probably not, just the trends have changed ie. corsets and those puffy butt things in the old days vs lip filler and... now and I also think women also have more choice in what they want to do (meaning they are more in control of what they do than in the past). I know some girls just want whatever it may be and there is no internal or external pressure that's just what they want.
No different really to a guy going bald and doing something about it or a guy going grey and getting their hair dyed or a guy getting the big car/truck or etc. etc. really.
I do think though that women (well everyone really) shouldn't think they are not beautiful. I try my very best to tell my partner she is beautiful every single day. I also don't mind if she wants to do something unless I think it looks terrible or most of all dangerous and not worth risking permanent damage to her body. But it is her body and ultimately she has the choice to do whatever she wants.
I swear I saw your question about push up bra couple of weeks ago and you said "Good 🤤" to the woman who said I wear push up bras all the time... and now you're calling them fake.
As to why women do these stuff-
In short, it's all about confidence. I wear heels every now and then because they look good makes certain dresses, and I use minimal makeup sometimes to feel pretty. I don't see anything wrong with that.
There are a lot of women who donât use any of that, but obviously you donât see them even though you claim they are what you want. Thatâs kind of the point. Men, like you, say they want women like that, but you donât even notice them because youâre too busy looking at the women you claim you donât want, but your eyes are drawn to. Thereâs no reward in being a ânaturalâ or good woman. Nobody notices you and you get less opportunities in all aspects of life. If youâre a good woman you get screwed over and destroyed by men while watching the bad bitches get queen treatment by men obsessed with them.
That's because lots of b****es are hot and men drool over them, while many good women are not so hot and sh*tty men treat them horribly. The job is finding a good (and beautiful) woman and being a good man.
Everyone has their own way of expressing themselves, from fashion choices to beauty enhancements. Many women enjoy using these options to boost confidence and highlight their unique style. It doesnât mean theyâre being fake; itâs more like having fun with self-expression. Because most of those women don't know what men want. They THINK they know but they don't.
Then they get hit on by men who are not the norm, and think all men at like that. The women with all kinds of makeup, fake boobs and fake lips are advertising to the kind of men they don't want. Then they mistakenly believe that that is what men want. When they look like that they get more attention from men. But which men?
When your advertising targets certain men, of course that's who will respond.

True, they won't get as much attention. But it is FAR form true that they won't get any attention at all. If they don't, then something else is the reason.
As long as they keep thinking that lack of makeup is the reason, then they aren't doing anything about whatever the real reason is.
In my last serious relationship, the guy started criticizing me about not wearing enough makeup (after years of dating). Saying I would look much better with it. Taking me to professional makeup artist so she could teach me how to do my face. Then the next thing I know, he was cheating on me with a girl who wears face full of makeup every day, long fake lashes, fake hair. And then he married her. They are still together to this day.
Just as an example.
Uh no because I am still single. Iâve never started wearing the makeup that was suggested by that guy. And just yesterday, the guy I have an interest in, who seems to be a sweet guy, I overheard him talking to his friend about wanting to go after a girl he knows who has a really big butt (definitely not me).
They always grow up in a an environment where beauty is everything the only thing they consider as compliment are those about their looks and they start to compare and compete with other girls from young age many have past trauma of being called ugly and stuff so they'll do many fake cosmetics to looks better always and to show to their girls they don't care about showing to men but they want to attract men just to show to girls again that even they are beautiful enough to have a man it's all about this

They have a laundry list of things that they believe guys expect from a potential partner, and the majority of those expectations involve their physical appearance. Some of those expectations are absolutely incorrect (e. g., EVERY guys wants a girl with big boobs) but other girls have those same ideas, so the false ideas are unshakeable.
One of the most brutally honest things you can say to a woman is, "I want to spend the night with you. I'm sure the night of sex will be great, but I want to wake up the next morning and see what you REALLY look like."
Iâm not sure why, everyone I went to school with had the fake nails, push up bras, hair extensions and ass loads of make up on. And holy shit did they get hit on all the time, they were the ones who always had boyfriends.

Think about for a moment -- it's kind of "geographical and cultural". That might sound weird, but if your environment requires more ruggedness or physical labor, a woman won't be bothering with that stuff. If your environment is more urban and influenced by fashion, in other words "indoctrination", and it's sold to you day and night on media, on the streets, etc., a woman will buy into it and believe she MUST do it because she's not pretty or acceptable otherwise.
Of all the women I've happened to talk about this with, the vast majority don't think of it as fake or false advertising, but rather as enhancements. I disagree. I've seen the power of make-up, and it can completely alter a woman's look to the point where you won't recognize her without it if you've never seen her sans the cosmetics. The more fake stuff and plastic I see on a woman, the less I want to know about her.

If a woman is more comfortable with lip fillers but has chapped lips and getting a bit of filler makes her real personality come through then why is it called fake?

Woman no matter what they say like to be seen as attractive by the opposite sex. So they copy and compete with celebrities and Instahoes to be the best looking slut on the block and then when they can get loads of attention by lots of men they think it means they are important. Not realizing they are just a basic sheep full of silicone bs because they don't even know how to love themselves.
To draw in more male attention or just attention in general , she more than likely wants some Vitamin D in her , or she is seeking a guy with money to take care of her , or itâs for her job as a model or stripper to make money as well. Her beauty draws her more attention, the more she works on herself the more attentions she will receive, some Guysâ do this as well to attract girlsâ
Because they naively think that it will make them more beautiful.

Hair extensions - Unnecessary, they can always grow longer hair
Makeup - No thanks, I prefer natural beauty, or just a little bit natural cosmetics.
Breast implants & pushup bra - I'm a leg-man, I don't care about big boobs
High heels - I don't like them, they don't look good, and they are not healthy for the girl's spine, feet, and joints. I prefer girls in sneakers, or flat boots.
Fake nails - I never liked those, I prefer girls with natural nails.
Social media tells women that this equates to beauty. In order for you to be "picked" "desired" whatever word you want to use. Even seen as beautiful in most cases, you have to do most of those things. Plain or average women are called ugly. The less makeup you wear, the more you are criticized and bullied on social media. (depending on your audience and how many followers you have)
Probably because females were being critiqued all the bloody time since a toddler. Some of their brains see to many magazines pushed for women and buy into the ideal of what others want to push. It's way way way too intricate to hash out but that is the short of it.
Aside from physical attributes they are largely fake in terms of their nature.
They feel it necessary to adopt a personna. Like a rock chick, an art girl, a geology girl. There is often a qualifier as to what type of girl they are. Particularly when it is a nice girl image you frequently find out they aren't as nice as they purport to be.
Sometimes they say they don't know who they are as they have been pretending so much.
Society values them for their appearance, and a lot of them genuinely believe that men don't care what they think/feel about things.
So it creates a lot of pressure for them to conform. Why bother taking social risks in a situation like that? A lot of women respond to that risk by simply not taking it.

Its not about gender its all about the nature of a person. A man too can be fake...
Not all women are fake nor all men are fake.. if they prefer unnatural beauty enhancement products its their personal choice. Choose someone you are compatible with.

As a man to a man, let me tell you. Maybe men don't have fake hair, fake nails, or fake breast. But I know a lot of men who fake relationships and fake saying I love you, to use a woman. By the way how is high heels fake? High heels on any woman is just sexy as hell.

The people who can be claimed as "fake" would be those who go under the knife for it.
Thats hard to answer, the easiest answer is that some women are cheap. But there most be other type women that dont do this right? Where do you live? How many women get breast implants? Wear fakenails? Or even hair extensions?
Because men only seem to be interested in women who look that way.
BMy breasts are original but they are not firm, they are saggy. If you want them natural, you won't mind them being saggy.
