How attractive do you think you are?

Personally I think I fall in the medium attractive category.

Very low attractiveness and status almost if not the polar opposite of chad probably like a 2/10. Here me out. I'll work my way down.-

Athletic build of 82kg - Probably my strongest feature i have an i put effort in so i can maintain a peace of mind and not slip into irritation which i'll talk about soon. In theory this should be attractive.

I live on benefits - This helps me to escape more but it's tied to job centres mostly which means i have to account for changes that go over x amount and that it isn't my hard earned cash like in a job.

5'10 - Okay not bad not great but most women could buy it unless its dating apps

Low average face 4.5-5/10- I had to use a AI chatbot to analyse my face and it basically told me i look defenceless looking and passive and like a very young boy especially as i shave. I may not be able to willingly attract women here but its okay as i could still have potential right?

Anxiety - This has a bit of an impact on performance in general like thinking, feeling safe with people and not reading false things into people.

Autism - Now this is where things get a bit shitty for me here, its not a dealbreaker but it makes it much harder to gauge any attraction from any woman really. When i nofap i think i project my autistic interest onto women when they are reacting warmly to my nofap energy and enthusiasm. I miss the mark with what said woman wants in that moment and how i pair up so i'll say things boldly without thinking about it's implications. Some guys follow a niche skill in this field but i can't really. I also have a naturally irritable anxiety that comes up when i don't exercise that is always there and makes everything feel all or nothing and stacked against me perpetuating victim mentality

Fluctuating lowish Intelligence - It's really supported by supplements, meds and exercise without these a lot of my intelligence is not pragmatic, sharp but narrow and noisy with no real compass of life and responsibilities. Intelligence is not as big as say a nice face, muscles but it still counts towards something which it doesn't for me.

Depression - Yeah i think a degree of this is manufactured from my autism and isolation from others like women i fancy, going horribly wrong most of the time. This is mostly negative as i need supplements, exercise sunlight glasses to make he difference between a really apathic and bleak life to a mildly low and empty one.

Schizophrenia - This is where i think a lot of women would check out even if they were willing to see past other things unless they themselves have very severe drawbacks like me even then. I think given my autism makes me unpredictable a lot of women would panic when they hear this because im basically someone who needs managing a bit or else and most women do not want to get involved with someone who could relapse under enough stress or in their eyes just come off one day or miss it and then be a huge disaster to them and their kids. I Also can't push myself too much or symptoms can come up so im capped even in non romantic ways like career, ambitions which sort of adds insult to injury.

Family - Really only my dad respects me trying to assert myself here and there and make progress in my family and shows some decent empathy, my mum sort of pulls me into her games and may prefer than im blindly listening to her and taking onboard all her beliefs lightly without question and if i do think otherwise I'm being pig-headed or she outright dismisses me especially if i open up that im struggling, my siblings don't really get me and shamed me pretty heavily when i was overmedicated, so their respect/love is conditional, I've been told off for wanting my own space from my parents when i pull away a bit. Now a lot of women in the short term would be willing to look past this and see this as sort of interesting if all the other traits were good because it highlights them rather than excluding them more like me. If anything this screams to her "This guy is a bit unstable and not respected by most of his family and if anything his mum and dad sort of needs his validation, ehh, who else likely doesn't respect him in general, is this guy safe to be around". Without going on too much my family have agreed for over a decade that we willl be moving house and it keeps me from really pursuing anything at all "just in case", By this point im giving x time they say we will move and if they don't im gonna have to do my thing and apply for courses and appreciations to stop wasting my time.

Altogether it really isn't looking good for me, I've used dating apps but i didn't really get anything out of it because its really meant for some of the top end if not at the very minimum above average guys. I don't entirely trust my own perceptions of any "signs" from the past from any girl that did show interest whenever they did. I think it's very unlikely anything will happen in the next few years, i have a feeling inside i may be one of those 40 year old guys who escape with distractions and have never gone as far as to kissed someone. Life isn't fair so i sort of live in the moment right now and im angry inside yes but i hardly blame women for it.

When I was a teenager I thought I wasn't attractive. Now I know I am attractive. Any time I'm flirted with and asked out, my self esteem grows more. It is however good to stay grounded and to not let it get to your head

I picked medium. I've got the blonde curls and blue eyes but I'm more the cute, girl-next-door type rather than sexy.
