Is being shy, having an innocent face a deterrent to a girl's attractiveness?

I have been told countless times that I look very demure, shy and innocent and most of the times it seemed negative. I am a shy person I admit and sometimes I don't understand some slangs of the dating circle because I've never been exposed to them. I was told that I look like someone who would 'warmly' turn a guy down and not accept his follow requests. I don't because I genuinely do not want some stranger to be added on my social I don't know and I turn people down because I don't wanna be in a relationship until I'm a little older and mature enough to handle another person's emotional needs. I don't wanna waste mine or someone else's time and traumatize them lol. People just somehow KNOW that I have never been in a relationship. And everyone tells me I'm too quite like bro I don't even know you ofc I'm not gonna yap? Its reserved for people I know and am close to. I'm wondering if I should change myself and look a little less trustworthyyy? I'm not naive by any means, just to be clear. I know almost every double meaning joke, and can clock when someone is overstepping boundaries or smth. I've never even been peer pressured much in my high school (and its an era of peer pressuring) but this does look like I am getting peer pressured lol

Shyness often creates an air of mystery, making others curious about you. Because you are attractive and quiet, some people may wrongly assume you are arrogant or standoffish rather than just shy.

Turning down strangers on social media and waiting until you are emotionally mature for a relationship shows high self awareness and integrity, which are attractive long-term traits.

Not at all, but if you are so shy that you can't engage with interested men, it will reduce the attention you receive. My wife was quite attractive at your age but so shy that men assumed she wasn't interested.
