I came across this bag that belonged to my late mother. I remember her saying that she wore this especially in the 1980s. Was there a specific name for this bag, and how popular was it. I really don't know what I have. Thank you.

It's not an antique but it is a vintage bag. It seems like that was the style in the 80's, but I didn't care for the mixture of the colors.
Dooney and Burke are sold on TV on QVC. They've sold thousands of them through the years. You won't get an original one of a kind with a Dooney and Burke bag because QVC sells hundreds of the same bag until they are all sold out.
