I am a size 26 in most jeans. These are the skinny 501s from Levi's, I also went with my size thinking they may not fit me and actually be a little too small and the first few wears they fit quite snug, digging in a little bit more than wanted, but now they have loosened (more than anticipated).

I'm not sure if 25 size would fix my issue. I may / may not even fit into it or even if I did it could be too tight to even handle the break in period...

Those who have the exp, is Wedgie style a better fit? Ribcage style is a no no.

I've never used jeans as a woman... so I don't have experience with that

as a man, however... the more fit the jeans are the better they will look to my eyes, but then... it might be about comfort, and if you will feel comfortable in them, lol

one thing I do know about is that Levi's does not care that much for how good it looks... they just do "cowboy cuts" for utility, lmao...
