Trending & News I was at the store a couple days ago and passed a girl going the other way that had what I thought was nice looking hair. As we passed, I said, "I like your hair." She smiled and thanked me! I'm sure it made her feel good and THAT made me feel good... that I could make someone else feel good just by giving them a passing compliment!
People constantly do it, and there is nothing wrong with it. Sending out positive vibes is always a good idea.
sometimesss!!😊 but not always, depends on context!!
In what contexts would you think it's bad?
@AnsariSheikhu stop!
sighhh somedays i wish i was still a mod lol
I agree, it’s not a bad thing at all, it can be really uplifting 💕
A sincere, respectful compliment can absolutely boost someone’s self‑esteem and brighten their day. The key is tone and context: keep it kind, not creepy, and don’t push for anything in return. Just a simple, genuine “you look nice today” can go a long way.

Nothing wrong with it as long as it's not done in a creepy/annoying way.
