- How much longer it takes to get ready for anything. I used to take 10-15min from the moment I popped out of bed to the moment I was fully washed and dressed for work/school. Now? Pfft. I need at least 45min. There are calisthenics and little stretches and extra pomades to prevent sagging skin or drying hair or aching joints... 45 min is the key to feeling young and flexible again. It's ridiculous, but tbh I wouldn't leave the house looking "old" or unkempt at all.
- Looking "put together" is easier and harder at the same time. That one is hard to explain, however my brand is "classy but sassy" and I've been cultivating that for a while now, so it's getting easier to put outfits together.
- Retiring some of my old favorite outfits. I still have my shorty shorts (for the beach only) but I retired any skirts that are more than an inch above the knee bc I'm not 25-35 anymore.
- Eating less. As you get older, metabolism slows down, so EVEN IF you are very active you put on weight more easily. It's SO IMPORTANT to stay active and reduce caloric intake (AND fat intake specifically).
- I am *STILL* able to maintain a very natural, no-frills look at my age, which I'm INCREDIBLY happy about. A lot of folks my age and gender struggle with a lot of health issues and corresponding depression. 🧿 🧿 🧿
- Funny? I get more guys paying attention to me now than I did when I was in my cuter 20s. The extra time and effort is apparently appreciated. SMH.

16 hOut of those options, definitely wrinkles. You can still look pretty young if you have gray hair, but no wrinkles. But if you have a lot of wrinkles and no gray hair, you look pretty damn old and honestly it doesn't look great. That's why celebrities use Botox or whatever new shit there is. Because looks is such a large aspect of who they are because they're under the microscope with everyone.

In todays society, signs of aging can be mitigated a great deal but wrinkles require more money and time

22 hWrinkles are worse.
Some women consider gray hair a sign of sophistication, experience and stability.
Wrinkles just show age.
And gray hair is not necessarily associated with age. My father's hair turned totally gray in his 30s, and he lived until 98.

7 hWeight gain from weight gaining medication that you have to take (I'm in that position); or not having the privilege of getting to complain about ageing or getting fat, from your life ending too young.
00 Reply922 opinions shared on Fashion & Beauty topic. both are pretty bad, but wrinkles are definitely worse. You can just dye your hair. wrinkles you need injections but you can't go too hardcore or you'll look like a plastic monster soon enough

20 hMuscle loss and cognitive decline. Gray hair is no big deal. Wrinkles are inevitable at some point but they don't really interfere with your enjoyment of life.

The things 'bad' about 'aging' are either letting go of weight control, or adopting 'old peoples' behaviour.00 Reply 710 opinions shared on Fashion & Beauty topic. Wrinkles , because grey hair can be dyed , wrinkles don’t go away

Between gray hair and wrinkles, wrinkles usually feel “worse” to people, mostly because they’re harder to hide and are linked to tiredness or stress. Gray hair can actually look super chic with the right cut and gloss, very on-trend. Both are normal signs of aging though, and good skincare plus a flattering hairstyle can make either look intentional and stylish 😌✨
