This week I will be attending my first Oktoberfest. I have a lovely light blue dirndl with pink accents ready to be worn and also plan to get my makeup done professionally to look extra glamorous. I am really excited about this!

I have heard that when tying the apron to the dirndl dress, the bow placement tells your relationship status. Left is single, right is taken, and center for those with less life experience. The thing is that if I were completely honest, I'd put it in the center. But I am unsure if this might give me a lot of unwanted attention. Or does it even matter? Do people actually pay attention to those details? Would it make a difference to you if I wore the bow on my left side or on the center?
