This is coming way too late, of course. I came upon your question randomly on the search function. Anyway, I do Tracy Anderson's arm workouts and they work well for me to keep my arms non-bulky. So if this is still a problem, you should try Tracy's method. She had DVDs and is on YouTube. But I'm sure your arms are attractive, either way.

it might just be your perception. muscle tone isn't masculine, all humans have muscle. do you want flabby jiggly arms because that's what would happen if you lost the muscle tone. but if you want to lose it I think you need to do light weights and a lot of reps

having muscle is better than having nasty bingo fat,..lol You can just stop lifting weights (or whatever it is your doing to get your arms like this) or just wait...If all else fails and your worried about your arms during prom,..just get yourself a nice dress with long elbow length sleeves or if not wear a cardigan over it,...to cover your arms :)
This is a funny question because all the girls (myself included) were trying to get more muscular arms before my prom! I say don't worry about it, most girls would probably kill to have your arms with their strapless dresses anyway :)
Losing muscle is probably not the best thing to do. If you are really worried about this, wear some girlie bracelets, or maybe your date will bring you a corsage, so people will look at what's on your arms instead of just your arms. Hope this helps! Have a good time at prom and don't worry about your arms. A smile is what makes you look prettiest, so just have fun! :)
i have the same problem I've been going to the gym and been doing the arm weights also 5lb dumbells are good
i wanna get the shakeweight tooyou can't really lose muscle
