it doesn't matter if you are a man or a woman, if you are extremely unhappy about something about yourself you should be able to change it and people shouldn't judge for that. a nose job is not a big deal in my opinion because if it is something that truly bothers you and has for years and years and you know you will never accept it the way it is you can't really go to wrong with getting a cosmetic procedure to improve on it.
if you go out on the limb and just get a cosmetic surgery done without really thinking it through and doing your research that's not such a smart decision. in my opinion though nose jobs (rhinoplasty's) are the most well done and natural looking plastic surgeries there are. if you are uncomfortable, go for it.
p.s. I have never had a cosmetic procedure or know anyone personally who has had one done but this is still my personal opinion.

There's nothing wrong with wanting to "improve" yourself.
If your nose is bothering you that much and its something you cannot get past, then do what makes you happy.
You know I normally frown upon ANY cosmetic surgery, unless its for a serious condition or something, but dude, if I had something WAY noticeable and really bothering me, heck yes I would do something about it. But it has to be like, a HUGE deal you know?
Well if you say you can't breathe that might be a medical reason. But just for looks it's a waste of time and money, imo. I had to get deviated septum corrected from an accident and it's basically the same procedure. It's an invasive procedure and about as fun as a weekend in pukeville. Also, ironically, I look older now.

If you can't breathe, getting MINOR work done could possibly be a good idea. But I think it's silly for cosmetic purposes.
A friend went in last year because he had broken his nose several times and it had never healed properly, so he was having a really hard time breathing and it was just time.
I find that a nose job is weird on anybody. We have these features for certain reasons. Unless it is giving you health problems then that's a different story. Don't change your nose just because it looks ugly. It's YOUR nose, not anyone elses, so tell them to stick their nose out of your buisness, see what I did there? (;
please never get a nose job it will be obvious to everyone you meet that you have one! and no offense if you regret it it will be IRREVERSIBLE.. look at what celebrities have done to their faces aka botox ! its horrible and fake looking please don't do it and you may still be insecure even after you get it done.. you should be confident and love yourself for who you are now
stop saying you have a big nose, appreciate your nose like God created you to be, don't change God's handiwork
it's a free world. do what makes you happy I guess.
