Personally, I would only do something like that to a girl I really liked. But, at the same time, I know guys other than me that'll play around like that with girls they are just friends with. What's his personality like? If he's really outgoing, it's hard to say, but if he is more ahy, then this definitely could be a sign that he likes you!
