Obviously if you fall for a girl, she'll have her own unique things about her you truly enjoy. Just tell her how you honestly feel about those things. You don't need to have a way with words, you just need to be truthful.

i think, those are just examples , the idea is to not compliment only her body, we have to complement her personality.

If she gave tips on how to complement a girl and stated compliments should be more about her personality in addition to her looks then things would be different. My comment would be different. She didn't write a take on "how" to compliment a girl, she wrote a take on compliments to say to a girl.
So that's what my comment is about. All of these have no true genuine emotion behind them, they're artificial, static, they're robotic. I don't like them, and that's what I've expressed.
