Dating game : do you play games?

I think that dating games (especially during the flirtationship) should be abolished.

Do you fall prey to:
- Texting rules (To not come off as desperate)
- Calling rules (3-day)
- Dialling it down?

Essential, do you feel the need to play games in the beginning.

Also, would you agree that if we didn't play those games, less people would end up with broken hearts?

I do the TEXTING game to not come across desperate

I TOTALLY AGREE WITH EVERYTHING YOU SAID!!! I do not play games, period. If I wanna call, I call. If I want to text, I do it. If I wanna ask her out, I do! Why is it everyone thinks everyone else is desperate? Or a stalker or creepy or some stupid thing. Its like people are obsessed with calling people those things. I guess it makes them sound cool but I hate those words. Its worse the younger you get too.

Life is too short to play dumb games. Goal of the story should be to get to know one another, take it to the next step, if both parties are in...if not, move on to the next target!

Rgb008 is right, but these games come into play when people can't be honest about their thoughts or feelings, it frustrate the other person an prompt them to play games...other's play games also as a sign of friend zone the situation too. Most people who are straight up about things, which are the majority of people don't have issues like that. They make memories, or futures.

That's not true! The only time being too keen can ruin everything...is if the attraction wasn't strong enough to begin with...otherwise...it will play out all the same.

Two people can be strongly attracted to one another but if the first is too keen then the second may take the first for granted and, without realising it, not offer enough to the relationship
