11:11...do you make a wish?

i was wondering how many people are like me and make a wish at 11:11.

i was also wondering if anyone has any "customs" that go with it (ex: kissing the clock / kissing your hand then putting it on the clock after you make a wish or I know some people say you can't look at the clock again till 11:12.)

are there any others?

I will say I've never heard of this. :) I think it's kinda "neat" seeing the clock at 11:11 if I just happen to glance over, but not heard the wish thing. Nor have I kissed my clock or anything like that.

I've had my clock cleaned, hehe...but that's a whole nuther thing altogether. ;P

I didn't know if this whole 11:11 thing had anything to it or not, so I put it to the test. On five separate occasions I closed my eyes at 11:11, and wished that it was 11:12. In each case, when I opened my eyes again, it was 11:12! Made a believer out of me!

no I don't make a wish at 11 11, but I do knock on wood when I'm about to jinx something, or I cross my fingers for good luck when I want something to happen...

I'm a huge 1111 fan, its supposed to be a way for fate to tell tell you something, or make you aware of it. Amazing how often I see 1111!

If I happen to look at the time and it's 11:11 I do make a wish. Occasionally they actually work.(: All I do is close my eyes and say the wish a few times to myself.
