Is it bad to tell my boss that he is HANDSOME?

I believe he likes me.. its pretty clear; last night i think he thought i called him sexy cause he started smiling hard but i told him i was talking about a customer..

There's nothing at all wrong with telling a person they look good. "Sexy" might be a bit out of bounds if you're in a demanding, professional environment, but "handsome" is as neutral as "pretty". It would have been totally fine, for instance, for you to have said, "Oh Jim, you ARE handsome, but I was talking about Mr. Anderson being sexy." I am guessing that if it's okay for you to say that a customer is sexy, complimenting the looks of a coworker or boss isn't going to seem that out of line.

Don't go there. Any sort of comment like that to a superior is asking for trouble. And whatever you do. Do not get in a relationship with him.

Keep any discussions with people in a position of authority. Strictly professional.

Yes, Lusty101, I believe that in a Joking like fun manner as Boss and Employee it is used with class, professionalism and Proper to boot. However, being he is Your Main drain that helps pay the bills, don't go any further with the flattery that might end up to be More in the end, who knows, and it could cost you more "In the end" than a paycheck...

How dependent are you on this job? If you don't care if you lose it, then go for it. Tell him you like him and think he's handsome. Just be prepared for the possibility that things might go wrong, though.
