Do you ever try to distance yourself from your crush?

Depends on the situation. For me the girl knew I liked her, and would purposely say stuff to piss me off and flirt with my friends right in front of me. Some people said she would do this on purpose because she liked me, I don't care of the reason I'm not going to tolerate that shit. I would never do that to a girl who was my friend and shared her feelings with me. It doesn't matter if I like her as more of a friend or not, I would never purposely flirt with someone in front of her to make her feel jealous/like shit.

I do it all the time, nice to know I am not the only one. I don't want him to feel as though I am stalking him and I don't want to creep him out, not to mention I feel ugly so I would never make someone look at me. I don't like being around myself so I figure my crush wouldn't.

Yes, I usually do this. Even with my current boyfriend, he's kind of obsessive with me & when I start to not be able to feel his obsessiveness, it makes me want to pull away from him 'cause I'm scared he's started to like me less. Although that hasn't been the case.

The only time I would is if they reject me. It would be too awkward for me to near. If they're were talking about another girl, I would distance myself because we could still be friends

I emotionally and sometimes physically distanced myself from a guy friend I liked because of the situation it wouldn't have been appropriate to act on my feelings.
