Why is she acting so cold to me now?

So there's this girl that I like. I would usually hang out with her and her friends during lunch. We used to flirt and just be happy around each other.

But she's started ignoring and and pretending not to notice me. So yesterday I sat down with her and her friends at lunch and she just sort of sat there and sort of acted like I wasn't there. So I got up and went to hang out with my other friends who sat near this area.

Then the girl I like just staring at me as if she was angry or something. If she is, I don't know why or what I've done.

Anyway, so today I sit with them and she's just as cold. I ask her a question about yesterday's assignment and she was just like, "were you even here yesterday?" And I said "yeah you didn't notice?" And she was acting all confused. I asked her if she really didn't notice me and she just tried so hard to change the subject. We talked a bit more though.

She pisses me off so much, why does she pretend that I wasn't even there?

im going to tell you this, and i hope you listen to me, i think this girl likes you but she is playing the hard to get game with you, girls that do so, will always keep playing that stupid frigging game with you, going hot and cold on you, im going through this right now, and i feel like shit, i feel worthless and empty. she knows i love her to death, she was even pregnant from me, what more of special bond do you want, she was the mother of our child, and too bad that at 7 weeks she had a misscariage. i feel completely worthless because she is moving on , going hot and cold on me like i mean nothing to her, thats how i feel. one moment im allowed to kiss her, and she wants me over, and even tells me she wants sex, and another moment, she doesn't want me even near her and tells me, she doesn't want to see me anymore, i went through that more than once, she did this more than once, she even gets angry with me for doing something nice for her, and than later tells me she wasn't angry. girls like that dude, will ruin you, or tell her that you know she likes you, and to stop these stupid little games, because you have no time for that, or go find a girl who isn't giving you hard time. from my personal experience, i wish i never came to this stupid town, took this stupid job, because than i wouldn't be feeling like i feel right now. and you know what i still love this girl, do yourself a favor, be honest with her or tell her to get lost

Answer? PUBERTY!!! HORMONES. Honestly, I myself am quite lost. I told a girl I liked her in 6th grade and she acted like I had HIV or something for the next year. And then she transferred out of the school... Now am i beating myself over it? no. She overreacted on something quite innocent. As long as you weren't being a dick, I wouldn't beat myself over it either. Trust me. You are young and this shit will pass eventually.

If you really want the answer, do this.
1) go up to her
2) say in a stubborn, stern voice "you me we need to talk alone"
2a) if she says no, go to 3
3) Did i do something wrong? you're being overly aggressive and I don't appreciate it. I would like you to stop, or tell me where I messed up.
4) if she doesn't reply, welp, get a new friend.

Honestly, you should go ask her what the problem is. I would never play hard to get as far as ignoring the guy and push him away but then again I am me and not her, there are different girls. But, the best thing is to ask her! You'll never fix the problem if you dont know what it is! If something is pissing you off, DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. Say something along the lines of: "Ok, we both know you've been acting strange lately, ignoring me and pretending you dont notice me, so did i do anything wrong? Because if i am how am i supposed to be a better person without knowing what the problem is? So, what is going on?"
