Should I call or text or leave him alone?

I have been sort of dating this guy for a month. He owns his own business and stays really busy, so we only get to see each other on the weekends, so we've only been out 3 times. Things were going really well, he was texting me every day, several times a day. The first couple dates were a little awkward because we are both shy, but the last date went really well and we seemed to be getting more comfortable. He even held my hand in the car on the way back from the restaurant. Since that last date, he was texting me less and less. Last Friday, which could have been our fourth weekend to go out, he stopped texting me. I sent several texts and he never returned them. So I sent him a text that I guess he was just going to keep blowing me off so I was going to leave him alone. He almost immediately texted back saying that he's not trying to blow me off and that he's just been really busy and he was sorry. I wrote back that I understand he works a lot but it was getting to the point that I didn't know if he wanted me to keep in touch with him or leave him alone. He never wrote back. Since then I have sent several texts, like one every other day, and he never replies. I want to call but I'm afraid he will get mad or he just won't answer. I don't know if I should keep trying to contact him or if I should leave him alone.

Hunny, just let him go. I don't want to be there bearer of bad news but it seems like he's lost interest a little. If he wants to reach out to you, he knows how to reach you so just sit back and try not to think of him. If you stop reaching out to him it can go one of two ways, he'll wonder why you stopped contacting him and give you a call/text, or you may never hear from him again. The same situation happened to me not too long ago and he chose the latter. I never heard from him again. The emotional side of me got really wounded, I wondered what happened because we got along so well and he was showing clear signs of interest at one point and then all of a sudden he stopped, and when I never heard from him again, it lacked the closure to these questions. However, the logical side said to me that he didn't meet my needs. That if he was busy and still interested (same situation) he could've given me a text and that would've made me feel secure in the relationship. It was what I needed. Without hearing from him I was pulling my hair out from not knowing what was going on and the relationship became stressful. Perhaps you know what I'm talking about. So after realizing that I didn't need this added stress in my life and that this relationship did nothing positive for me, I was able to let go emotionally and the pain subsided. Hope this helps!

Thanks girls, you really know what I'm talking about. I agree that if he was really interested he could find the time to get in touch with me. I guess I just needed to hear it from someone else. I just don't understand how someone can go from interested to not interested almost overnight!

You know, the sad thing is we may never know. Until I spoke to a friend, I was caught up in thinking that it was something I did that turned him away, though this may be, my friend also brought to my attention that there may be things going on with him that I was unaware of. So please don't put the blame on you, no use in bringing yourself down when it could be something completely irrelevant that we'll never know of.

Leave him alone cause he has made it clear that he is not that into you. He's not interested anymore. Plus, yes, he is a busy man but anyone can make time to text or come into some contact with you if they really like you. Trust me. I've been in a similar situation like this and it sucks cause you want the other person to want you but he doesn't. Its time to move on to someone who really likes you, that you have chemistry with.
