He asks me out and then ignores me

Right so met a guy who was fun to just hang out with. Then one time he suddenly asked if I wanted to go out to dinner and then out on the town. Was a bit out of the blue for me, but I said yes and we agreed to meet up a couple weeks later (work commitments for both of us in between). Anyway, time comes around and so I texted to ask where to meet him, but do I get a reply ? ... No nothing. Can someone please explain to me why he would ask me out arrange a day and then ignore me. I mean really guys why do you do things like that ?!?! And girls if you've done it too, please explain it to me.

He probably changed his mind... wait awhile to see if he'll respond, or give him a call a while later... don't be clingy.

After that, I'd just forget about it and drop it if he doesn't respond.

He might have changed his mind. If that was the case, he should have let you know. He took the easy way out. I wouldn't waste my time on someone who is disrespectful like this.

Sounds like a jerk, I had a guy do that to me too. Don't waste your time, if they do it once they will do it again.
