So there's this guy I text and he's really sweet and he always puts heart eyes and Kissie emojis next to almost everything. He calls me cutie all the time but I never get called hot or fine. Is he just calling me cutie by My face or does he not think I'm fine? I don't know I need help.. Im pretty sure he likes me but who wants to date somebody who only thinks your cute.. Common, that's kinda kiddish.

He may just be shy

Your lookin at this wrong. Cutie means a lot comming from a guy. I only say that to my girl friend, nobody else. It is a huge compliment. And he probably hasn't called you hot because he's more of a gentleman and doesn't want to offend you

To me, "hot" means someone is physically attractive, but the person saying it doesn't know (or doesn't care to know) about her personality. I generally don't use it.

I have only ever called my girlfriend "cute."
