I can't read how this girl feels about me at times she seems interested and the next like I've been friendzoned. Occasionally she will make comments to me about some hot guy, when texting she will kill off conversations using one word responses. One of her close friends told me she as a crush on another guy. In contrast we can text all day and it will continue the next day, talking about nothing. We have cuddled but usually because she is cold. Sometimes she will be really touchy, usually tickling or play fighting and other times I try to start it to no avail. On multiple occasions she has even bite me when we play fight, I never had a girl do this before and have no clue what it means. During one conversation where junk size came up she kept trying to convince me to tell her my size. She always trys to tease me by calling me names. She can alternate between seemingly interested to not within minutes. I could try to start something and nothing but then 10 minutes later she seems to respond to it. alternativly she won't tease me in person but then after I leave a few hours later she will text me and tease me. She also keeps suggesting that I buy a particular style of clothes or do my hair etc a certain way which just so happens to be the way she likes men to look. Any idea if I'm just a friend or if she is interested?

It sounds like you are more in the friend zone than anything. Biting usually symbolizes a sexual dominance/ flirtation that is used in animals, so that can give you a clue. I like intimate biting, and usually only do it when I get carried away and focused on the moment. But i only do it to my very closest best friend's that end up my partner. It is like a "i love you, you've always been there for me" kind of feeling. This girl sounds like she is keeping you in the middle as an OPTION, which isn't good and hints that she doesn't respect you. At the same time, she is sexually flirting with you, because at some subconcious level, she likes the attention and is paritally thinking of sex. It doesn't mean she is asking for it, it's just our hormones really. Some of us are more wild then others and are openly sexual, whereas most of us try to hide it, and end up "crushing" and going kinda crazy when we like a guy. Try talking to her and ask her what she thinks of your guy's relationship together. What are her expectations. Talk is the best way really.
