Whenever a guy says "This is my girl" or "my girl" do they mean it in a romantic way? or a friend way? Or are they flirting? I don't know if guys say it about girls in a friend type of a way like "this is my girl, my buddy!", or in a romantic, girlfriend type of a way like "this is my irlfriend, my woman."? lol, Or if they are just flirting? Which one is it fellas? Haha. Just curious. Thanks! :)
I'd probably say flirting at the very least. I don't think I've ever heard a guy mention someone as "their girl" in a friendly way, like "this my girl, she's the one to take care of business" kind of way.

Yes him saying "my girl" signifies him being possessive of you.
Which is a good thing if you two are monogamously dating.
But if not, it's disturbing... as in creepily possessive.
Sounds like they're saying that the girl is their property. "This is my truck" "this is my beer" "this is my girl."
It's the same thing as saying "my boy" In other words, favorite person.
It isn't meant to be romantic or attractive.
