I can't think of the hottest girl I've seen. I've seen way too many hot girls to think of just one. When I think of "hot", I go three factors: Face, body and skin. I prefer a the body the most though, so I will call a girl "hot" just because she has a nice body but for THE hottest girl, she would have to have all three factors.
