I have a female friend and she's a flirty person, but the other day she came up to me and pulled the hair on my arm hard. And smiled when she did it. Why did she do this?

Lol that's cute , any type of physical contact is a good sign. She probably wanted to get a reaction out of you. Kind of teasing in a way , kind of like a playful punch.
